H Beam Type
An H-beam is a type of structural steel beam that has an “H” shaped cross-section, hence the name. H-beams are made from high-strength steel alloys and are designed to distribute weight and support heavy loads. They are characterized by their wide flanges and strong vertical web, which gives them a high strength-to-weight ratio. The H-shaped cross-section provides more surface area for the distribution of weight, making it stronger than other types of beams with the same weight.
H-beams come in a variety of sizes and lengths, standard length is 6 meter and 12 meters, but it can be made as you need, with different dimensions and weight-bearing capacities to suit different applications. They are often used in conjunction with other structural elements, such as columns and trusses, to provide maximum strength and stability for large-scale construction projects.
